Grade School

• Solving conflict If there was a conflict between my kids that was affecting me...I sent them into a room together.  They each had to give the other permission to leave the room.  It made them join forces against me, but I didn't care.  The point was they were working together to get out of the room and they were no longer arguing!   -Elaine
